We collect the email address you register with, your wallet balance and spin history, and the details you submit when you request a top-up or claim a prize. Verification codes are stored only for as long as they remain valid.

We do not ask for card numbers on this site. Deposits are made by bank transfer, and we match your payment using the reference code shown on the top-up page.

Your information is used to run your account, credit approved deposits, settle prize claims and payouts, verify transactions, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your payment information with third parties for marketing.

1. 1.Minimum deposit amount is NGN 1,000.00. You can deposit at least NGN 1,000.00 in one transaction.
2. 2.Maximum per transaction is NGN 9,999,999.00. You can deposit up to NGN 9,999,999.00 in one transaction.
3. 3.Any card details you choose to save are encrypted. We do not store your CVV. We will also ask you to input your Donkey PIN any time you want to use your card after it has been successfully used for the first time and saved.
4. 4.We do not share your payment information. It is used for transaction verification only.
5. 5.If you have any issues, please contact customer service. Using too many cards or bank accounts for deposits may cause the deposit to be blocked and your account restricted.
6. 6.Deposit is free, there are no transaction fees.

Access to your account is protected by email verification codes, and account data is stored on our managed backend with per-user access rules so that one player cannot read another player's records. Any card details you choose to save are encrypted and we never store your CVV.

We keep account, deposit and payout records for as long as your account is active and for as long as we are required to keep transaction records afterwards. You can ask us to review, correct or delete your personal data by contacting customer service.
